{"id":611,"date":"2020-11-27T09:18:43","date_gmt":"2020-11-27T09:18:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.abbeyviews.com\/wordpress\/?p=611"},"modified":"2020-11-27T09:18:43","modified_gmt":"2020-11-27T09:18:43","slug":"m5-overnight-closure","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.abbeyviews.com\/wordpress\/?p=611","title":{"rendered":"M5 overnight closure"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Councillor\nAndrew Gravells , our local county councillor , has been informed by Highways\nEngland in Bristol &nbsp;that there &nbsp;will be an overnight closure of the\n&nbsp;M5 southbound between J11a and J12 on Friday 27 November 2020, in order\nto remove their &nbsp;traffic management.&nbsp; The closure will begin at\n8.30pm and end at 6am the following morning.&nbsp; If it\u2019s possible to reopen\nthe road sooner they will do so. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\n&nbsp;diversion route will be via the A38\nbetween M5 J11a and J12. Traffic will be directed off the M5 southbound at J11a\nto the roundabout and then to the A417 heading towards Gloucester, from there\nmotorists will follow the A38 to re-join the M5 at J12.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They &nbsp;will be removing temporary traffic\nmanagement which will include steel varioguard and stick on road studs, so\nalthough this wouldn\u2019t normally be classed as noisy (no heavy machinery etc)\nsome noise may be audible.
